BiYachad 8th-10th Grades Tuesdays, 6:30pm-8pm Together with students from Sha'arei Am/Santa Monica Synagogue, students meet at 6:30pm for a relaxing and social dinner. Following Birkat HaMazon, students break into smaller groups for discussions revolving around the most compelling issues facing teens: abortion, capital punishment, war, premarital sex, biomedical issues, Israel, and much more. Students study with teachers and clergy from both communities, integrating texts from both conservative and reform movements.
