My Dear Congregants,

As the war escalates in Gaza, understandably we are all affected, and looking for ways to take action.

Join us next Wednesday, November 8 at 7pm at Kehillat Ma’arav, for a discussion on how we can maximize our support for our brothers and sisters in Israel, and address the rising number of anti-Semitic incidents outside of Israel, especially on college campuses. We must come together.

We need your help. Share your insights and ideas with us, along with your volunteerism to see it through. What Israel is confronting now will invariably, and dauntingly, last for months to come.

Next Wednesday evening will be an opportunity to come together in solidarity and to focus, as we examine any number of approaches we can take in order to offer our help for Israel and diaspora communities around the globe. Your presence, suggestions and involvement, are most appreciated.

Let us pray for, and equally important—respond to—the growing needs of our fellow Jews in Israel and elsewhere.
