Kehillat Ma’arav offers the Santa Monica cycle of the American Jewish University’s Miller Introduction to Judaism Program.
The Intro class is a stimulating and meaningful 18-week course geared toward Jews and non-Jews who simply want to learn more about Judaism. Many students take the classes with the intention of converting to Judaism, but it is not a requirement.
Classes meet in the KM sanctuary on Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 10:00pm during the fall session. KM members are welcome to attend.
For more information visit the Intro to Judaism website.

Occasionally an adult who has missed the opportunity to be called to the Torah wants to participate as a Bar or Bat Mitzvah. Kehillat Ma’arav encourages this bond with tradition and the cantor helps arrange the study and ceremony.
