Yoga Classes for Israel

As we are grieving and traumatized, together with the people of Israel we are doing our part by helping in any way we can.

Please join us for

Six (6) Wednesday Yoga sessions:

November 29, December 6,13,20 and 27 and January 3 

5:30pm

Price for the single class is $36 and for all six classes is $180. (As this is a fundraiser, we can only accept checks. Please bring it with you to class.)

All proceeds benefit Kibbutz Kfar Aza.

Classes will be modified to personal needs. We will be using the floor, a chair, the wall and yoga props. All levels welcome.

What to bring?

-Yoga mat (mandatory)

-Yoga straps

-Yoga blocks if you have

-We practice in bare feet

-Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (layers)

It is not advisable to eat just prior to class but drink plenty of water.

Class is taught by KM Congregant Yehudit Coutin. Yehudit has been practicing Yoga for 26 years and teaching for more than 23 years.
