KM & Mishkon Tephilo join forces for WESTSIDE FOOD BANK HUNGER WALK

5K walk starts: 2:00 p.m.
Beach Bash After-Party: 3:30 p.m.
“Shuls United!” On November 5, Kehillat Ma’arav will join forces with our longtime shul-friends at Mishkon Tephilo for the Westside Food Bank Hunger Walk.
Earlier this fall, our religious schools came together under our newly minted BAYIT program, and so this is a fantastic opportunity for ALL of our families to participate in meaningful social action – tikkun olam – as one community.
This event will raise awareness about food insecurity in L.A. The Hunger Walk begins and ends at Ocean View Park with pre-walk festivities beginning at 1 p.m. and a beach bash after-party starting at 3:30 p.m.
